Installation

To install the « Email Attachments » module on your PrestaShop online shop :

• Log in as administrator and access the module manager in the back office
• Click on « Install a module »
• Select the zip file on your computer
• Click on « Load » to see the module appear in the list of extensions
• Configure the module to suit your needs

Configuration

The interface of the « Email Attachments » module has been designed to be easy to use :

• Select the emails concerned : associate your files with the different types of email according to the contexts available in PrestaShop.
• Add and manage several files : upload one or more documents and assign them to emails with one click.
• Define a validity period : program a start and/or end date for each attachment, so that it is automatically added only during a given period (for example, for a promotional offer or limited guarantee)
• Activate or deactivate the addition of files : manage the presence of attachments according to your needs, without permanently deleting the files

With this extension, you can manage your attachment association actions :

• Add a new association action : create a rule to automatically attach a file to a specific type of e-mail
• View and manage your actions : easily view and modify the list of your active and inactive associations

You can also create new attachments :

• Define a name for the action so that it can be easily identified
• Select the relevant language : this feature allows you to adapt the documents sent to suit your customer's language
• Choose the associated shop (if you manage several shops on PrestaShop), for specific management by store name
• Name your attachment so that you can find it easily in the list of available files
• Upload and associate the desired file, which will be automatically attached to the selected emails
